• When will I get my order?
  Woven name tape labels usually take six to eight weeks to produce and ship. Please allow an additional three to five business days for embroidered laundry bags. Printed labels usually are processed and printed within three business days from receipt of your order. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Please add sufficient additional time for the shipping method you choose. Note:  USPS First Class mail is sent through the US Postal Service and usually takes 7 to 10 days for normal delivery subject to their volume and schedules.We are not responsible for missing, late or damaged orders sent through the mail. Please check with your local post office if your order is missing or late when shipping via US Mail.
  UPS orders are guaranteed and trackable, however, please note UPS does not deliver to homes on weekends or major holidays. International orders are for Canada, Mexico and US Territories only. Customer is responsible for all duties, fees & taxes set forth by the customs rules and regulations of the customers country.
  
  
• Why do you need my telephone number?
  We may contact you in the case of missing information, returned orders due to incorrect mailing address or unreadable information on order forms.
   
• What is the minimum quantity you can order?
  100 labels is the minimum.
   
• Can I split a Name Tape order, getting one half one name and the other half another name?
  No. You can only have one name per each item number ordered.
   
• Can I have a telephone number put on my Name Tapes?
  Yes. You may have anything printed up to 18 characters long. Just fill in the "Name on Label" box on the order form with exactly what you would like to have printed. 
   
• Can I have more than one line on my Name Tapes?
  Yes. It is possible to have two lines on a Name Tape. Please submit your request in the Special Requests box at the bottom of the order form.
   
• Can I substitute one Blank Woven Patch for another?
  Special requests will be considered. Please submit your request in the Special Requests box at the bottom of the order form. 
   
• Is it safe to send my credit card number to you over the Internet?
  Yes, we use Secure Sockets Layer to encrypt our shopping cart's checkout form. 
   
• Will placing an order with you put my name on a mailing list?
  No. We respect your privacy and do not sell names to mailing lists. All personal information that you supply to us, including your e-mail address, will be used only by Bell of Maine for processing your order. For more information, see our Security & Privacy policy at the bottom of this page.
   
• What happens if I fax my order with my credit card number on it?
  It comes directly to Bell of Maine.
   
• Do you accept C.O.D.?
  No.
   
• Can I have my order sent Fed Ex?
  Yes, if you have a Fed Ex account number.

Who are we?
Bell of Maine is one of the world's largest high-tech manufacturers of woven and printed labels. We have been printing name tapes on the highest quality fabric with guaranteed quick delivery for over 40 years. A long time business member of the American Camping Association, Bell donates a portion of the proceeds from the Name Tape program to the camping community each year. Mention your camp or school code in the comments section of the order form and they will receive a one dollar donation for each order.

At Bell Of Maine we respect and value our customers as well as their privacy. Your credit card information, name, address, e-mail and any other information you provide us, are collected solely to ensure efficient processing of your order. Your information will not be sold or distributed for any reason to a 3rd party.

This is to ensure credit card and other sensitive personal information is encrypted both ways from the shopper to the server and from the server to us.
